AEAS has collaborated recently with the Ministry of Higher Education program focused on the Development of Leadership Capacity of Faculty members in Egyptian Universities known as (FLDP). Dr. Mohamed Attalla. AEAS's Vice President has conducted a work shop on Leadership capacities which was attended by 32 Faculty Administrators from all Egyptian universities.

Dr. Attalla, has also delivered a two day workshop on Management and leadership at the national Research council in Egypt. H.E. Dr. Hany El Nazer, NRC's President was very pleased with AEAS's involvement and collaboration with their counterpart in the NRC and indicated his wish for more collaboration in the future.
